You may cancel your tour or transfer up to 72 hours before the travel date for a full refund of the amount paid. To cancel, please refer to the confirmation email we sent and tap the “Cancellation Order” button. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before travel are non-refundable. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
